In some parts of America, there has been a spike in the number of child abuse crimes, and TikTok account @merced.california.209 uploaded what appears to be an example of one wrongdoer being called out in a while after purportedly committing one.

A mom in the video blasts a woman in a Costco store for allegedly recording her daughter's body, sparking outrage from various different users at the platform.
