The Fox drama collection Filthy Rich follows a rich Southern family whose lives are became the wrong way up when patriarch Eugene Monreaux dies in a aircraft crash. Now, matriarch Margaret Monreaux (Kim Cattrall) is taking rate of the industry, but the televangelical family quickly be informed that Eugene fathered three illegitimate kids ... and he wrote them into his will.  

These new heirs are a risk to the Christian circle of relatives title and fortune. Well, not except Margaret can use her Southern attraction and talents to keep keep an eye on of everything her husband construct.

Why was 'Filthy Rich' canceled after Season 1?

After just 5 episodes, Fox pulled the plug on Filthy Rich, Variety reported. According to the opening, Fox made up our minds to cancel the sequence after just one season due to "rising production costs due to the COVID-19 pandemic." Though the network canceled the collection halfway through its tv run, Fox continued to air the remainder episodes of Season 1.

Tonight (Nov. 30), Filthy Rich will conclude with a shocking collection finale. "The Monreaux family finds out an explosive secret that threatens to tear them apart. Meanwhile, with Mark and Rose ready to take a serious next step in their relationship, Margaret feels compelled to intervene and protect Rose," the episode bio states. 

While it's unlikely the collection will wrap every unfastened end up for fans, due to its sudden cancellation, we are hoping the Fox cleaning soap will provide viewers with some form of closure. 

But, lovers of Filthy Rich should remain certain, or at least outspoken on social media. Though unlikely, it is possible for television shows to get revived on different networks or streaming platforms. However, there has been no official phrase of another network renewing Filthy Rich right now.
