Unlike Chef Anthony, Chef Nick seemed to have more experience working on a yacht. “I’ve seen you been on some big boats, so I’m not here to teach you how to cook… Of course, work well with the interior team," Captain Kerry advised Chef Nick.
And from Nick's Instagram, you'll see that he is been residing the yachtie life for some time. However, very little is recognized about his non-public life as he all the time seems to be running aboard. It's recently unknown if he is married or has any youngsters.

Captain Kerry advised Nick that the chef ahead of him was once fired because he "wasn’t reading the preference sheets properly." Given that Nick is now changing him, it could make sense for him to ensure that he knows the choice sheets just like the back of his hand.
But upon making his first lunch for guests, Nick already perceived to have slipped up and Captain Kerry was no longer pleased.
The guests asked octopus nachos, which Nick did cater to. However, they also requested that their lunch be "a seafood spread," and Nick underdelivered big time.
When Captain Kerry saw Nick's meager seafood spread, he requested if there was once more coming out, reiterating that the visitors had asked for it on their choice sheets. Nick were given again to paintings, but Captain Kerry already seemed peeved.
"Here we go again," he said in a confessional. "I was very clear to Nick when I met him to read the preference sheet. How hard can it be? It says, 'seafood lunch.' He only has one seafood item. Are you kidding me?"
Fortunately, Nick used to be ready to whip up some seared scallops and gained certain feedback from guests, which ultimately earned him again some points with Captain Kerry.
But if he plans to stay at the St. David for the remainder of the season, he'll must prove to the captain that he is capable of doing his process and following the ones choice sheets, or else he may end up similar to Anthony.
