HGTV's Unsellable Houses introduced viewers to Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis, the dream crew remodeling the Pacific Northwest actual property panorama one house at a time.

The dual sisters landed their own HGTV display after a producer stumbled upon one of their goofy automobile karaoke movies posted on the YouTube web page in their real estate corporate, Lamb & Co. And with two seasons in and a 3rd lately airing, it is safe to mention that audience love the series.

All of the houses featured at the show seem to happen round the similar location, however what is that location? Distractify spoke solely with the twins who dished on filming Unsellable Houses, renovation disagreements, and more.

All three seasons of 'Unsellable Houses' have been filmed in Washington state's Snohomish County.

All three seasons of Unsellable Houses have charted Lyndsay and Leslie's adventures in reviving homes throughout Washington state's western Snohomish County. Season 1 filming locations incorporated Lyndsay and Leslie's place of birth of Everett, together with Marysville, Bothell, Lake Stevens, Snohomish, and Lynnwood. Seasons 2 and 3 have additionally incorporated stops in idyllic towns like Edmonds, Mill Creek, and Monroe.

So, what makes this display different from others?

"We've had this 40-year partnership, this 40-year relationship. And it is like no other relationship. It's not like our marriages," Lyndsay told us about why she thinks their renovation display has captivated audiences. "It's not like our relationship with our other sister or parents. I mean, it's just a unique relationship."

Though they are dual sisters, the duo is no longer shy with regards to talking about their design disagreements.

Leslie explained that during one explicit episode, she and Lyndsay had variations of evaluations on the tile selection. "They don't show that because I was so mean about it, and I didn't mean to be," Leslie mentioned, adding, "I was like, 'absolutely not,' and Lyndsay goes, 'Fine, I'm done. I'm not designing another house.' And she just walked off."

Though the two could have some disagreements on renovation designs, Lyndsay acknowledged that their differences in reality lend a hand to "push each other really hard, which we've always done our entire life."

Will 'Unsellable Houses' expand outdoor of the Pacific Northwest? Lyndsay and Leslie say ...

Being bonified HGTV superstars has made Lyndsay and Leslie's renovation expertise a scorching commodity. Though the pair have centralized their paintings in the Pacific Northwest area, would they be willing to make bigger to other portions of the rustic someday?

"It's definitely not something we are against," Leslie informed us. However, she explained that the twins are excited about "making sure that our priorities are in place," mentioning that they each have kids and households.

"I think it's, you know, it's all a matter of making sure that everything is where it should be as far as our priorities, our time, and all of that," she added.

But she did note that the duo it will likely be touring for fellow HGTV displays Rock the Block and Home Town Kickstart, hoping to in the long run lend a hand as many people as they can.

As for brand spanking new initiatives at the horizon, Leslie and Lyndsay are going complete throttle, telling Distractify that they are working on executing their real estate enlargement concepts.

"Right now, we feel like we've got the opportunity to kind of start pushing forward ... our own design firm, and things like that," Lyndsay advised us. "We'll be doing a lot more in the next year."
