On May 5, 2021, Fox 21 News reported that the Saguache County Sheriff's Office took seven Love Has Won followers into custody. Those arrested consisted of 32-year-old John Robertson, 35-year-old Christopher Royer, 35-year-old Sarah Rudolph, 47-year-old Karin Raymond, 45-year-old Jason Castillo, 52-year-old Obduliah Franco, and 30-year-old Ryan Kramer.

The contributors confronted critical legal charges, including kid abuse, abuse of a corpse, tampering with deceased human stays, and false imprisonment. The kid abuse fees stem from two youngsters, a two-year-old and a 13-year-old, who had been inside of the property when the frame used to be discovered.

As of overdue Sept. 2021, Fox 21 News confirmed that courtroom officials formally dropped all fees linked to Carlson's demise. There is no explicit reason why these fees had been pushed aside for all seven participants, but The Gazette stories that Carlson's mother believes District Attorney Alonzo Payne did not wish to take care of the state of affairs.

The Love Has Won Cult disbanded but some members formed new teams.

Since the dying in their chief, Love Has Won has supposedly disbanded and moved on. After a couple of months, LHW follower Jason Castillo, now deemed "Father God," formed a separate workforce known as Joy Rains. According to the motion's website, the staff follows "one law in reality and that is unconditional love, and this energy is free, over-flowing, real, eternal, abundant and available in any moment in all of humanity when we so choose."

Two individuals referred to as Aurora and Hope have picked up the place Love Has Won ended. They rebranded the cult 5D Full Disclosure, which references what the Love Has Won individuals known as themselves: 5D. On their YouTube channelT, they claim to had been "trained by God herself in how to navigate the inner world during these changing times to affect the external."

They sporadically free up a show that is confusingly referred to as The Daily Disclosure which tackles information, popular culture, and the whole lot in between. In an episode titled The New Algorithm of Consciousness from Nov. 23, 2023, Hope and Aurora talk about Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift and liken the Roman Empire to the NFL. They recommend that the NFL and superstar relationships are glaring attempts to harness power. It seems as though they are making a troublesome pivot from cult to pop CULTure.
