On the heels of Samuel's dying, Elite Season 6 begins off hinting at the possible loss of life of any other scholar, Iván Carvalho. In the first episode, audience watch as Iván is hit by a car that flees the scene.

Fast ahead to Episode 7 and you see Iván's on-again, off-again boyfriend Patrick covered in his blood in a sanatorium, where he tells his sister Ari that Ivan is in the ICU.

"This is bad, I know it," Patrick says. "I feel it deep in my stomach." In the general episode, Iván continues to be in the ICU and it isn't known if he survives, however his lips did twitch a bit, indicating that he will make a complete recovery and go back to Las Encinas in Season 7.

Mencia, Benjamin, and Patrick on 'Elite.'

In Episode 7, it appears as though Mencía, Patrick's other sister, was the motive force who hit Iván. She left Isadora's club to head find Ari, alternatively, she was once drugged and did not keep in mind the rest from the accident.
