The Discovery series is filmed in Central Florida, which is the place the Dirty 7 have their house base. Their Astatula’s Florida Motor Sports Track, usually known as The Pit, “is designed to devour up mega vehicles, and best the toughest will pass the finish line in one piece.” With seven challenging races, only one team will walk away with the bragging rights and the prize money.
Who is Chris from the Dirty 7 truck racing team?
One of the breakout stars of the show is Chris Libak of the Dirty 7 trucker team. "We accept challenges from anyone who wants to race," he instructed News Press about racing with the Dirty 7. “We’ll take a look at to protect our house turf and show ‘em why we’re the most efficient.”
The 27-year-old began racing automobiles when he was only a child before moving to mega vans. It’s no wonder that Chris started racing for a dwelling, telling the opening that he comes from an extended line of professional drivers.
"There was always some kind of racing going on,” he explained, revealing his dad, uncle, and grandfather all raced. “We were always doing something.”
He seriously thought about a professional racing career when his friends took him to watch one. “We’d watch the races out there," he added. "I’m watching the races and I was like, ‘Man, I could do this!'" Now, he’s been racing with his staff for six years, revealing that that they had to paintings onerous to be one of the most easiest groups in their game.
"We were the young ones,” Chris said. “We weren’t supposed to be winning, but if you come out with enough drive and a want to be the best, you can do it. And that’s what we did. … We kept working and working and we worked our way to the top.”
While being at the back of the wheel may feel like another day at the place of job, being in entrance of a digital camera is atypical territory. “It was a surreal revel in,” he stated. “It’s bizarre. You gotta be for your ft at all times, you know? “It was once superior,” he gushed. “I were given to see the behind-the-scenes about how TV is made and the way great everyone was. There was once a complete lot extra to it than I believed.”
