If you don't seem to be completely up to date with the ninth installment of American Horror Story, let me catch you up to speed. A gaggle of aerobics instructors from Los Angeles has ventured up to Camp Redwood to become counselors, and in the end leave their very own troubles at the back of.

Everything is positive — that is — until Mr. Jingles (performed via John Lynch), a serial killer, escapes from the mental sanatorium, craving to kill, as soon as once more, at Camp Redwood.

And while Nurse Rita (performed by Angelica Ross) seems like a type camp worker who merely wants to assist the rest of the gang, it seems she has an ulterior reason. The Oct. 2 episode has you questioning, "who is Nurse Rita on AHS: 1984?"

Her plot twist is severely surprising.

Amidst chaos, Nurse Rita's true colors pop out on AHS: 1984.

Mr. Jingles is on a murderous rampage, Chet (performed by Gus Kenworthy) was stabbed, and Ray, (played via DeRon Horton), was once decapitated in an try to get away by way of motorbike.

Meanwhile, Nurse Rita and Brooke, (performed by means of Emma Roberts), are contemplating their get away. And just ahead of Brooke gets in the automotive, Nurse Rita stabs her within the neck with a paralytic. Normally, that isn't in a camp nurse's job description, so you have to surprise, "why?"

Flashbacks point out that Nurse Rita's real title is in fact Donna Chambers, and she is not a nurse. She's a particularly dedicated psychologist who is these days studying to get her doctorate. She's on a venture to behavior an in-depth experiment on serial killers.

Basically, she helped set Jingles free to turn out her theory that serial killers exist as a result of porn and warfare. She hopes to check Jingles in his "natural habitat," through letting him do what he does best, regardless of the results.

The real Nurse Rita faced an unlucky destiny.

Like I mentioned, the faux Nurse Rita, whose name is Donna, is completely ruthless, and she'll do anything in the title of science.

To conceal her identification, Donna tracks down the real Nurse Rita, who is on her way up to Camp Redwood. The actual Nurse Rita pulls into a fuel station, which supplies Donna the chance to sneak into the backseat of her car and tie her up, ahead of tossing her into the camp's boathouse.

But the real Nurse Rita's unlucky fate doesn't end there.

Like I said, the true Nurse Rita is tied up in the back of the boathouse, and obviously, she's screaming for lend a hand. Unfortunately, though, Mr. Jingles hears her screams, and he brutally murders her while the counselors are hiding in a different a part of the boathouse. Let's just say her death was seriously grotesque, and the scene was once actually unforgettable.

You more than likely recognize the actresses in the back of the faux Nurse Rita, Donna, and the true Nurse Rita.

The faux Nurse Rita (aka Donna) is performed by means of actress Angelica Ross, who — in line with IMDB — has appeared in Claws as Relevance, Her Story as Paige, and Danger & Eggs as the Mayor.

The real Nurse Rita is played by way of actress Dreama Walker, and according to her IMDB page, she gave the impression in Compliance taking part in the function of Becky, as well as Gran Torino as Ashley Kowalski.

Nurse Rita's character in this season of American Horror Story is sophisticated and — smartly — clearly no longer who you thought she was.
